The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland has published Finland’s China Action Plan. The main objective of this plan is to present a comprehensive overview of China’s role as an international actor and as a partner to Finland and the EU, to review relations between Finland and China and to identify opportunities to further develop and increase the co-operation.
